Continuous Professional Development (CPD) mini courses

Why CPD mini courses?

Grow Your Practice. Deepen Your Craft.

Professional development isn't a box to tick — it's how great coaches stay great. In an unregulated industry where anyone can call themselves a coach, your commitment to ongoing learning is what sets you apart. It's what protects your clients, strengthens your practice, and signals to the world that you take this profession seriously.

That's the heart of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) at ANZCAL.

Learning that fits your life

Expert-Backed Content

We know your time is valuable - you're running a coaching practice, serving clients, and building a business. That's why our CPD courses are designed as focused, practical mini courses that you can move through at your own pace, without the commitment of a full programme or the overwhelm of a weekend intensive.

Your time is valuable

Every ANZCAL CPD course is created and taught by our Master and Trainer Master coaches - practitioners with deep experience across the coaching profession. This isn't generic content pulled from a learning platform. It's real expertise, shaped by the values and standards that define ANZCAL accreditation.

Created by ANZCAL Master Coaches

Each course is built around a single skill or area of practice - the kind of targeted learning that you can apply immediately. Our CPD mini courses span a wide range of coaching skills and topics.

Whatever stage you're at in your coaching journey, there's something here that will move your practice forward.

Short by design, big impact

Every course is priced at $59.95 for ANZCAL members only or $105.00 for non-members.

We believe great professional development shouldn't be a luxury for some. We've made it affordable on purpose because we believe that access to exceptional learning is part of what a professional coaching community should offer.

Meet Your Master Trainers

Stephanie Fieldsend

“This platform has become a regular part of my routine. It’s easy to use, beautifully designed, and full of helpful material.I’ve been proud to be a Master Coach for over a decade with ANZCAL, and in 2026 was made an Honourary Member at Master Level. I have a Bachelor of Education and studied Instructional Design, Behavioural Science, and Body Language. I’ve been a Lecturer, Coach and Trainer for over 30 years.

My coaching business Elemental Potential had dual aspects - Breakthrough Coaching for people changing careers, starting a business or side hustle, and enhancing personal or business capability through body language awareness.

Body Language

What you’ll learn

Body language accounts for the vast majority of how we communicate — yet most coaches focus almost entirely on words. This micro series changes that.

Delivered across five 20-minute sessions designed to dip into at your leisure, this course unpacks what body language actually is and why it matters in a coaching context, how to make a powerful first impression, how people use space and what it tells you, how to read emotion indicators in your clients, and how to recognise shifts in alignment and focus during a session.

What you'll walk away with is sharper observation, greater self-awareness, and a stronger professional presence. You'll notice more in your clients, become more intentional about what you project, and understand how others experience you — in and out of the coaching room.

Mighty things come in small packages. This series is proof.

Instructional Design

What you’ll learn

Delivering to groups is one of the fastest ways to grow your coaching business — reaching more people, generating more income, and multiplying your impact. But knowing your subject and knowing how to teach it are two very different things. This course bridges that gap.

Across four focused parts, you'll learn how to craft a title that sells itself before you've said a word, write a blurb so compelling your ideal clients can't say no, build a structured plan that works for every type of learner in the room, create a running sheet that keeps you confident, on track, and on time, and design sessions that make the learning stick long after people leave the room.

Whether you're running your first workshop or refining a programme you've delivered a dozen times, this course gives you a repeatable framework you can apply to any topic, any audience, any format. Think of it as the Lego of course design — once you have the blocks, you can build anything.
